If you read the flyer that's usually hanging by the Festy signs ( in FC5 ) it says the "winner" of the Testy Festy gets " $200, a T-shirt, and beer" When you finish the Festy Mission (you get some cash too, but) you wake up drunk/hungover, you get exactly 200 resistance points.and a t-shirt.
