Posted February 12, 2020. Same here. The message that I could not connect to server popped up every 2-3 seconds, no matter how many times I clicked "OK". Now I can't login, the client does not automatically remember my password like it always has (so I have to manually enter it) and GW2's website is also unavailable at the moment.
I installed Guild Wars 2 through the normal Steam library, went into the confit and added “-provider portal” so I could login with my Arenanet info, and everything looks right. Problem is; it wont actually let me login on the launcher. It actually like it’s the wrong login info, but I’ve doubled checked on my PC and phone, I can login

I tried submitting a support ticket but it keeps telling me to login to submit one. Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to contact support without a login? Edit: Forgot to mention I've already tried resetting my password. It let me do that, but it still gives me the same account blocked message when trying to login.
i'm getting the same problem. I was in game and kept getting wierd in game issues like couldnt leave squad and that in game server client issue thing and then i log out and it tells me i have the wrong password now. . 119 202 381 984 410 235 435 773
